Here is my latest card using an Aurora Wings image and colours with Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils, gel pens to make the “pearls” look like glass beads and bling.

Biro Colouring

Here are two images coloured using a Bic 4colour Biro.  They were for a challenge which has not been finalised yet.

Wasi Sabi – The yellow ATC in the last post was the Wasi Sabi Technique…..it is Japanese for simple and unfinished.

Whatever happened to August…Here are a couple of items i was working on….. I really like the the Lady at the Fancy Dress Ball. The floral card was something different for me. I have started to play with Red – not a colour I like and also flowers.

Here is my attempt at different colours for face and hair.   This is a round card with a little bling. The colours used were all Spectrum Noir (because I am trying to finish them):

Blues: TB1, TB3

Pinks: PL1, BP2

Grey: IG1

and blender pen.

Gelli Printing on the cheap

I have been playing with a replacement for the Gelli Plate and so far have tried

* an acrylic SIze C Cuttlebug plate

* a silicone mat to hold a phone/keys on the dashboard of a car

The first two photos are with the Cuttlebug plate and the last 4 with the silicone mat. The first four use Tim Holtz Paints and the last two use Tim Holtz Stains.
